This document was written as a sequel to my problem description memo. This report details a recommended solution for upgrading operating systems on 41 computers at an office. The report also details alternative options to my recommended solution and the positive and negative attributes with implementing them. Writing this document allowed me to culminate my written communication skills into an important genre of professional writing. I utilized my research skills to support my recommended actions, and I utilized different forms of presentation so that my information was clear.
