The Problem Description Memo assignment was a project that required me to analyze an IT related issue that could occur in the real world and develop a memo describing it. With this, I also needed to create an annotated bibliography to back up my claims. Writing this document really helped me improve my critical research and evaluation skills as I had to analyze sources for their credibility and relevance. I've displayed this document because it shows my research capabilities, and it showcases my ability to work in a crucial communications genre.
